It's not uncommon to have rainy days at this time of year in Austin. Participants should consider bringing a light rain shell or umbrella depending on the forecast. It's also not uncommon to have sunny days with temperatures in the 90's (32 C). Participants might also bring light summer wear and even a bathing suit if the forecast suggests late summer weather.

The pre-conference workshops will take place at the Microsoft Austin offices.

The conference will take place at the St. Edward's Professional Education Center. St. Ed's is a perennial supporter of community efforts and will once again this year provide its assembly room and meeting rooms for the conference weekend. St. Ed's will also cater the event.
